Detroit Biologics is a concierge-style, direct-pay orthopedic and sports medicine practice focused on delivering personalized, evidence-informed care. Unlike many insurance-based practices where appointments are often limited to just a few minutes, Dr. Worley spends approximately one hour with every new patient to thoroughly understand the root cause of their pain and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Your $350 comprehensive evaluation includes a detailed history, physical examination, diagnostic ultrasound when indicated, and review of any available imaging. If additional MRI review is needed after your visit, Dr. Worley will personally review your imaging and schedule a follow-up discussion to finalize your treatment recommendations at no additional charge. In many cases, this provides the value of two visits in one—an in-depth initial consultation followed by a dedicated imaging review and treatment discussion—without an additional consultation fee.

This approach allows patients to receive thoughtful, comprehensive care focused on accurate diagnosis, education, and the least invasive treatment options to help them return to the activities they love.

  • Traditional regenerative medicine procedures such as PRP and bone marrow concentrate are generally self-pay because they are not covered by insurance.
